I want to start a build thread but for some reason I signed up for an account on this r2r forum, but when I try to sign in to the regular website/forum it says my user name is already taken, but it also won't let me sign in. I thought both R2R forums were the Same? So when I tried to start a new tank thread at the library know on the first page of this thread it wouldn't let me?!

Not library, don't know where that came from. I tried to start a new tank build from the WWC contest page and it won't let me
