I'm not a fan of the super blue spectrum that many people run their lights at. I like to add white light at 47%, even though it fuels algae growth

Official entry: I NEED this light! Setting up my first saltwater reef aquarium, and I don't have a sufficient light for coral growth. I'm a late stage cancer patient on a small fixed income, and this having a thriving reef aquarium is a bucket list item for me. This is a long shot, but I'm crossing my fingers and praying that the god of the sea and generosity will favor me

So I found this setup on fb marketplace and it was listed pretty darn cheap at $275. Knowing that at that price I was in for a project I set up a visit to see if it was worth actually bringing home. After some negotiation because the setup looked pretty rough I convinced them to take much less...

Daily Question Response Bonus: My question is why is it so expensive when the LED's are so inexpensive. I just asked ChatGPT, and it told me, but man lighting is almost more expensive than the aquarium itself.
