Here's a quick snapshot of the params i tend to keep a closer eye on.

• salinity 1.026
• temperature 77-79
• calcium 440
• alk- 7.0

Adam, I’m surprised you keep your alk that low. I’m curious if you know your average ph? It seems the newer trend is high ph and not worrying so much about alk. Are you on that train of thought?

Yep definitely on the low side. I spent a year and a half or so chasing pH with Kalk and stuff and I didn't really get me anywhere, so I just went back to when I know. calcium reactor and relatively low but predictable ph
