Hi Guys
I've just been watching my tank and noticed a ball of what looks like poop being dragged across the sand bed. Closer inspection and it looks like it is being dragged by a tentacle of sorts, or perhaps a worm?
I'm trying to upload a video to show you so hopefully it uploads! :)
Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble with a fluke like worm that has survived 30 days of cupramine at 0.5 as well as 3 weeks of prazi at double the dose every 4 days, as the first go round didn’t eliminate them. I removed all medicine 3 days ago and saw them flashing again today. Did a freshwater...

Found this one on corals I bought from LFS. 1st I saw it on one Gorgonian Sea FAN and it was really strange, because the string coming out of there was over 30cm long. The issue I can have I don't DIP that particular Gorgonian...
Hi everyone,
I have a identification situation i need some help with.
First, I want to introduce myself. My name's Alissa, and I'm from Michigan. I was in th reef hobby for a few years. For 3 years I had a 65 gallon deep sandbed reeftank that I set up in a way that I only had to do fresh water...
For some time now there have been these small, white, opaque growths on my rocks. Some are as small as 2mm long and as thin as hair, whereas the bigger ones are often twisted (maybe 2cm) and as thick as 1-2mm. My tank is rather old, so they must have stuck around for a year or two without being...

Hi all,
I just noticed this guy floating around in my water column twitching like crazy (sort of like a fish). Finally caught him when he was caught on a vermatid snail net lol.
It looks like some sort of larvae, any idea what this may be?
Thanks in advance!
I was brushing off an acan that is like 50% dead and I didn’t know why it was dying. All 4 other acans look fine. While brushing it off I noticed something shot out of it. Then landed on my rock. It was a worm of some sort so I used a turkey baster to suck it up and put it in one of my test...
Found this worm crawling out of an empty dwarf cerith snail. I'm pretty sure I don't remember it being empty and lying there before. Any clue on what type of worm it is?
Greetings everyone! I'm brand new to the hobby (Just set up my first tank yesterday), and I need some help identifying a critter.

Does anyone know what these little buggers are? They are very, very tiny. This is the best photo I could do on my phone. They seem to multiplying rather quickly.
I am almost positive it is a worm, it has a white head, and redish orange to yellow body. it darts around my tank like a mad man..it wiggles and darts.. it is about 1/2 inch long. in the video it looks all white. I am trying to get my daughter to video it in the solo cup she caught it in...
Please see attached video of a small (what looks to be) worm.
If anyone has an idea of what this is I would greatly appreciate it. It was moving slow until I took some tongs to get it off and it moved VERY rapidly into the rock. It is about 1/2 inch long at most (very small). Thanks for...
I was doing my week water change today and while i was stirring my sand bed around i happened to catch a glimpse of what i thought was a worm or maybe a piece of fish poop. I happened to catch it in a container before it was buried again in sand, and it was a worm. I don't know what kind, though...
I have been suffering through a massive vermetid worm infestation in my tank for the past year. It all started from one vermetid worm that sneaked in on a Monti frag. I have well over a hundred worm shells in my 65G and have tried everything to include gluing, forcep removal, reduced feeding...
