These things have been slowly growing and spreading for a little while now. Any help identifying would be much appreciated.

I have seen this stuff before (I think on a dying hammer, but never figured out what it is. what is this bubbly white ring-y stuff? I tried blowing it off in a dip & this didn’t work.

Hello, I need help on an Id of this critter. at first it looked like a nudibranch when I saw it posted up on top of my rockwork. after fishing it out of the tank I can now tell that it has a bunch of long streamers coming off of it. Sorry about the doo doo iPhone pictures.
