Zoas losing color and Cleaner Shrimp dying

So I have admittedly not been great about water changes of late. In just the last 2 weeks 2 of my cleaner shrimp have died, and some of my zoas are losing color.

Is this a lighting issue? I’ve read maybe it’s Iodine?

What is the first parameter I should be checking?

The first parameter you should check: everything.
But salinity, pH, and alk might be good places to start.

Thanks, I will for sure be checking all parameters, but was curious if there was one main culprit for what seems to be happening.

Parameters taken with Hanna testers:

Phos ULR- .35ppm
Alk - 8.6
Nitrate HR- 15.6ppm
Mag - 850 (I can never seem to get this higher. I use orange top Instant Ocean)

Any tank pics? Could be oxygen issue. Starvation. Water quality. What type of lights do you have? Rodi or tap water? Lack of flow? Predatory livestock?

If you get 850 mag out of the rc you have a tasting error. Just go back to Water changes if it worked in the past

I have a ProStar 90. Flow is fine, I have 2 gyres and the overflow. I use RODI Water. 2 AI Primes 16HDs.

The zoas have been fine for over a year. It’s only because I recently went over a month or so without a water change that I noticed the difference. That said, the lights are about 3 years old. Not sure how long they last.

I did rearrange some of the live rock so maybe I need to move them closer to the top.
