Hi,
I have a cleaner shrimp in a 20 gallon tank, and he was in there by himself with coral, and after losing our first fish we tried it again, and got 2 clowns as a pair and they did pair, and in a different tank was a striped dottyback because he was getting beaten to death by another clown and got dragged through the sand he’s missing 2 chunks of his/her tail, so we picked the clowns with the most amount of fish in the tank, the dottyback is still alive for now and the clowns have left him/her alone. But back to my real question the shrimp is trying to clean the clowns, and the mocha and the black and white swim away, the shrimp got down into the sand. And the clownfish tried to bite her, she didn’t get hurt because she thankfully lunged out of the way, they haven’t messed with each other since all help is needed thanks.
