Zoanthid bulging mouth/skirts down

Hi All

Relatively new, just need some advice.

Please see Zoanthids PICS, they seem to be bulging mouths and skirts are dropping/very low. Zoas seem to be extending as well.

As seen in PICS its also not the whole colony but only certain ones.

I'm not seeing any Nudi's, can't seem to spot any Zopox - these Zoas have been in the same spot for months, no new lights - only new addition was a Torch.

Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

May be too much light and water flow. Assure also that salinity, phosphate and temperature not elevated
