Hi sorry really new to the hobby and I have these settings for my Zetlight ufo light. They feel quite low, do they need to be higher? Was nervous of posting this, hope I've not offended anyone if this is really wrong!

Tank is 200L and at the moment I have a GSP that is growing really well, a torch and some mushrooms, the torch is not as extended as was in the shop when I got it about 2 months ago. All parameters are good and stable, I wasn't sure if I was testing correctly so took a water sample in to the shop and they said everything was fine. I let the tank cycle for almost 6 months before I added any fish, and even longer until these corals. Thank you for the reply!
