Quick question! I picked Thursday shipping Friday delivery. Will that be of this week? Also, when will giveaway winners be announced? Thanks again, can’t wait to get my corals! You guys are great!

Hi, yes that will be this week....unless we have riots. Some people prediction more riots this week due to the election. Last time riots were bad the shipping delays were awful to some areas.
Shipping module winners were anounced during the sale and the grand prize winners will be anounced later in the week once we catch up.

Pulsing xenia not pulsing? got it today but hasnt moved yet

Might just be stressed from shipping. All our Xenia is tank raised at our facility and pulses well. Xenia can act as a canary in your tank letting you know if you are low on trace element such as iodine. May not be the case for you now but It will stop pulsing when water parameters are off.

Not normal to be like that all the time although it is normal to droop over afer shiping. It should be upright here pretty soon. Make sureit has plenty of flow and low to medium light and it should perk up.
