I'm not entirely sure if this question belongs in this specific sub-forum, I'm not sure if this would be some kind of disease or just a normal fish.
About 4-5 days ago I bought a yellow clown goby and it has a dark stripe along its body. I assume those are its intestines, but is it supposed to look like this? All pictures of yellow clown gobies seem to not have that (plus they are more yellow). The one I have also looks like it might have a sunken belly. Again, I'm not really sure if this is normal for this species (I've seen other pictures with their belly looking kinda sunken)?
I have not seen him poop yet so I'm not sure if it's white or normal.
Just in case anyone is wondering, my params are (with API kit):
Ammonia, nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0-5 (probably closer to 0)
pH: 8.0 - 8.2
water temp: 25c / 77f
The fish seems pretty ok to me, sometimes he just chills on the glass on a rock, sometimes he just swims around the rocks and stuff. So I assume he's ok but I just wanted some outside opinions.
I also want to apologize in advance for the bad pictures. I only have my phone and I had to zoom in (for some reason, when he sees the phone he's gone and doesn't come out until I put it away; otherwise I can pretty much put my head 5" from the aquarium and he doesn't care)
