Yellow Blotch’s on Foxface

I am hoping someone can help me identify why my fox face has gone white and had yellow splatter blotch’s on its fins

He is eating fine a seems to be acting normal

Did the white area on the anal fin develop slowly, leaving the yellow spots?

the marks all Appeared in the last 8-10 hours
tank parameters attached
only thing in the tank that’s has changed is a new anemone added 2 days ago
Tank age 6 months
ammonia is 0

Not sure if flatworms as I see similar shape. Can you post a video under white light only intensity?

Rapid onset implies some injury, this isn't typical of any parasitic infection. Anemones usually leave black melanin marks, but what species of anemone did you get?

This fish's fin should be been yellow to start with, it seems in this case the fin was clear and then developed yellow spots? That's almost like parts of the fin are regaining color, and actually the lost color was the issue....take a look at Google images of pics of this species....
