What sort of pests do you guys usually have on bigger zoa frags? Would coral rx be enough? Or should I be doing like peroxide and get some aiptasia stuff too?

Typically none, we do pride ourselves on our husbandry and quarantine procedures. We do everything in our power to make sure that there are no pests. I can't say that there is 100% certainty that you will not get a pest, but extremely unlikely. Keep in mind that we do import wild corals such as scolys, acanthos, elegance, etc, which sometimes come in with unwanted hitchhikers that can wander around, but this is rare.
If you are going to dip a coral, I would recommend coralRX.
