Wuts this green neon growth around this coral

i posted a similar post last week ,, it was 8 bucks ,, Wut kinda green growth on this coral almost neon green all around the skirt of it(new growth possibly) or is it dying, i believe its a favia?-any answers , will try to get better pics

Usually new growth in a lot of corals is a bright green or light color. If its recovering you could be seeing growth.
