WTS :- Almost new Giesemann spectra 48 + extras

Hi ,

Wife is definitely not happy with the electrical consumption of 2 400 watt radiums and the heat generated in a small room . So decided to sell the spectra which is practically new .

I think I can include 2 400 watt radium bulbs , 2 galaxy 250-400 switchable ballasts , 4 KZ bulbs new ones (2 super blue and 2 pink ) along with the deal and a hanging kit that costs stupid 45$ from Giesemann .

It’s all wired up and I have it hung over my tank to display anyone that it’s running .

Am asking absolutely low price for it possible - 750$ for everything . No shipping as it’s stupidly heavy . If buyer decides to pay shipping or add 100$ , will look into possibilities .

I can exclude the T5s from KZ and then the fixture with ballasts will be 600$

Sorry I sold it but yes, you should use M80 for megachromes .

ah, that person is very lucky!

would you go with the cebu sun 48 w/ m80's or 2x cayman suns w/ m80's and no t5 for a 4'x18"x24" ?

I'd be paying an additional $500 or so for the t5 supplements. my theory and not sure if I'm right is that he cayman sun's bigger reflectors will have a higher par and more even spread over the longer fixture.
