Kuiter's update! She's fully adjusted and eating well. I noticed a small red spot on her side that I'll keep an eye on.

My little china wrasse is doing well, too. She's still a feisty little thing and still difficult to snap pics of.

And a pic of my Johnsoni because he insists on being in front of the camera all the time (that's my radiant dropping in behind him lol)

Great pictures!! Pic with Kuiter’s is perfect. She is showing good amount of red in her face. Looks fat and happy
Thanks! Did you notice that her caudal is blue? Makes me wonder if she was just starting to transition before she was caught. She's big enough.

Still so jealous of the China wrasse as well.

Either of you have any feedback on twin spots? I see a lot of "reef safe with caution" - currently have a melanurus, canary, & dusky
They're cute as juvis, but they get big, ugly and destructive. Hard pass. They'll tear corals off rock, knock rocks over, eat any invert (or small fish) that'll fit in their mouth once they mature.

I did notice the blue but thought it was lighting. You picked a winner! What leopard next.
Think I'm done with leopards. Maybe a choati someday. I have limited space left in my tank. Ugh so many wrasses so little space, I need a tank upgrade lol

always worth asking with wrasse. Some hide all day and others eat the arm that feeds them with many wrasse in between
Not sure what would work with the guys I have if I decided to add more in the future. If I ever find a china wrasse that's happening either way though lol

A china wrasse would get along well with your other wrasses! Hopefully you can find one soon :)

Had to google to understand
I do want one, but have not been able to find one. Being as the 180 is only a single 180 now, I am going to end up moving the tangs to a larger tank and want a ton of small fish for it. I already have a ton of anthias, so wrasse fit the bill on small fish.

There are way too many wrasses out there that you rarely see! I wish my Jade would turn colours faster, I think the only difference I can see are the spots on him being so close to completely gone.
The margaritaceus makes me jealous so I think if I see another then I’ll try snag it, then hope it will play nice with a blue star leopard in the future after I grab one and have it established.
