My frag rack scratched my tank with a piece of sand, very very mad

I am always carful when I move anything with a magnet. A neighbor's kid scratched the mess out of my bio cube with a magnet cleaner when I first bought it 6 years ago... it was less than a week old. It was massive and in the very center. I was literally sick to my stomach.

All jokes aside, we actually held classes in the Orlando store, then the pandemic hit
Virtual classes are a great alternative, esp for those of us not close to FL. ;)
