Shipment arrived!!! Corals all look good. No obvious tissue loss/decay, In setup now and under evaluation one colony opened up in like 2 min rest are still adjusting. Trocus snails all good, nassarius snails lost one but there were more then I ordered so fine by me. The picks that came in the pack were some great ones too. including some Bob Marleys :)

Awesome! If they all open up shoot a photo over!

Same situation. Still waiting for delivery. First time I have ever order any livestock online.

I would not let this deter you. I've had almost 10 shipments from WWC and this is the first one I have had any issue with. They are also great about honoring their 10 day DoA policy. If anything perishes they will step up.

I just received mine about 40 mins ago. The heating pad was still warm but not hot. The internal temp looks to be about 73 degrees. Took me a good 10 mins to open all the bags. after a 10 minute acclimation they're in the QT. Man I really wish I would have received this all fresh.

It looks like the SPS was hit hard. The Yoda and Blue lemonade look gone. The Bubblegum Digitata has some polyps still left so hopefully it will bounce back. The 3 pack of birdsnest doesnt look great either... I would say maybe one survives. The tyree flower petal montepora is very pale as well however that might just be the day light spectrum I have them on right now. Also finally the firework clove polyp looks melted.

Overall the corals were exactly what I ordered but are not in the quality they were shipped due to fed ex. I'll update as the week progresses to see if any color back up magically. Pretty depressed.

Wanted to get some better photos. Grabbed the PolypLab Coral Viewer and got rid of as much ambient light in the room as possible.

Really upset over the Yoda and Lemonade Acros, the Gaias are not opened up yet, and the Acan while looking amazing is not the color from the photo yet.

The inverts are exploring as well...

So just curious when this happens and the Corals die the seller has to refund you or replace them even thought it was fed ex fault?

Not sure if they have to, but @WWC stands by their product and will do one of the two. I had some Bob Marleys and Fruit Loops melt in my last life sale. No reason, all other corals in the shipment did fine. They replaced it 4 weeks later.

Shipping isnt refunded and they wont pay for shipping so you either wait till your next order or pay shipping again.

CB Pink Tip Acro

Ouch, that colony picture they have up of that is a beautiful piece.

Ok because I’m going through this but with a private sale. Shipment was delayed in Memphis and came a day late and and now the buyer is fuming and wants a refund even though it’s out of my hands and he voided the signature required for insurance....

I think that’s why a lot of companies have it noted ‘not responsible in the event of carrier delay’. If that was not the case, it’s really up to you. I would try to find even fair even ground and work something out that helps you both.

I was in the same exact position as you today. Coral club shipment and a gang of inverts. Everything was supposed to arrive yesterday, got delayed and arrived today. Everything survived and looks to be in decent shape except for a strawberry shortcake acro. The tyree flower petal monti looks a little pale over here too but after a few hours in the rank the blue polyps emerged. Mine looked just like yours so hopefully it’s all good and just looks that way.
