I clean the front and sides once a week with a flipper. The back and overflow box I clean ever 2-3 weeks with a flipper and a long handled scraper/brush.

Ugh. Woke up Monday morning this last week to all but 3 of my fish dead/dying. Still not sure what happened. The clowns were still alive but heavily breathing and swimming erratically, they did not end up surviving. I created another thread on this forum to try and figure out what happened but...

Actually I clean my tank every week with the competence cleaner. A good one! But why not give it a chance to another good brand? lets do this.1

I clean my glass once a week would probably do it more often but Im currently using a competitors and absolutely hate it lol. It has a razor but just doesnt get the job done. I have to go over an area multiple times and by the end my hand and fingers hurt haha. It was a toss up between this one and the one I got, needless to say I made the wrong decision.

I use a flipper for the algae on the inside and viniger rodi mix for the outside of the glass.
