Things looking a bit too good in the tank lately, leaving me leery about something bad bound to happen. Anyway, picture fun time. My monti digi has finally encrusted all the way down to the rock. I like this one and hope it gets branchy soon: SPS island not looking too bad. Acros aren't...
I've had some acros for about a month. They were given to me to try out--I didn't ask for them. They don't look dead to me, but they also don't look like they are doing great, either. I don't even know what they are. Haven't taken measurements yet, but I can tell you my NO3 is likely near...
Bonus 1-I love the clean lines and the research that went into the tank. I currently have a rimmed marineland tank and the cabinet is not big enough for a sump so that is another thing I love about these tanks. I would love to give my fish and coral a beautiful new home.
Bonus 2-I would love to upgrade my tank to a more sophisticated and well researched tank with a sump. WHile I"m sure my fish and coral like their current tank, I think they would love a new AF tank.

Tomorrow I'm going to be getting a Nexus Burst Anemone that is practically a perfect 50/50 Rainbow/Red and Green Anemone. My question is, has anyone ever tragically had a Nexus split to where you were just left with a plain ol Rainbow BTA and Green BTA?
Hi all, just want to check calculations to make sure I don't ruin my tank by adding a billion ppm NO3. Do you mind checking my math? I have this for dosing nitrates into the tank: If I'm running a 40gal tank that probably has ~30gal of water in it = ~115L of water, and I want to dose about...
