I'd love to win this giveaway because I lost my home, and reef tank, to a house fire a year ago, August 7th. It was devastating. Luckily, I was able to obtain a small pico tank that has kept me going in the hobby and helped me get through this difficult period by allowing me to keep my spirits up by doing something I love. Winning would allow me to take a step towards moving back into a larger tank with amazingly high quality products.
My clown fish disappeared two weeks ago. I thought it had jumped out and the dog had eaten him because he was nowhere to be found, including in the tank (I lifted the rocks and everything. He was nowhere to be found and didn't come out to eat. Then, one morning I walked up to tank and he was swimming in his normal 'I want to be fed' position. I couldn't believe my eyes! It's like he never left. We named him Copper after David Copperfield, the illusionist. Glad he's back!
Things looking a bit too good in the tank lately, leaving me leery about something bad bound to happen. Anyway, picture fun time. My monti digi has finally encrusted all the way down to the rock. I like this one and hope it gets branchy soon: SPS island not looking too bad. Acros aren't...
Confirming that I have subscribed to the newsletter, followed on Facebook (as Rosanna P. Brost), followed on Instagram too (as Copperbora,) and here's my build thread.
My favourite fish is not a fish - it's my skunk cleaner shrimp, Jacques! Why? He hangs out with my (currently lone) baby Ocellaris clownfish Moby and I've seen him feed Moby, kicking a pellet of food off of a ledge which Moby caught. (Seemed pretty intentional to me.) Moby of course is my close second favourite just because he's an adorable baby clownfish! (And because Clyde, my yellow watchman goby, hides all the time.)
First bonus entry,
The one thing I do love about these takes beside it looking amazing is the stand. Being able to change out the color can keep things new and fresh. The other is using hardwood plywood. It is the only thing I use when I have build my own tanks. Love that aqua forest went for strength
And longevity for this stand to last.
