Why not have two "For Sale/Trade" forums?

I know somewhere there was a discussion on making the sale forum private (can't seem to figure out where it was). Instead, why not have two For Sale/Trade forums - One private and one not private? Wouldn't this be a good solution to allow club members to post sales that other clubs and locals would see and the other that would only be available to paid club members? Just a thought.

There is a sale forum here for everyone... Go to the forum section... Dry goods sale and live sale.. He also has trade forums as well... But you have to be a member for 30 days and have 30 posts...
