Hi guys! I just got back into reefing after a hiatus. Wanted something easier to maintain so decided to go for a nano tank. Thought long and hard between WB and IM but eventually went for the IM20. Tank is currently 4 months old.
Equipment:
Fish list:
1 clownfish
1 Blotchy anthias
1 longnose hawkfish
1 tailspot blenny
1 yellowhead jawfish (in QT)
1 yellow watchman (in QT)
Dosing:
All-for-reef
Live phyto
Planning to start on Fauna Marin bacto reef ball (BRB)
Challenges so far:
1) Trying to find the right flow for my fish and corals. After trying various WM, I've decided that the spinstream provides the balanced flow that I need.
2) I feed quite heavily (LRS reef frenzy + Mysis + TDO chroma) so trying to keep nutrients down by weekly 25% wc. Bought FM BRB recently. Going to try and see if it can keep nitrate and phosphate in check.

Equipment:
- 2 x AI Prime 16 (started with gen4 xr15 but ditched it for AI prime - loved David Saxby's signature series)
- 2 Return pumps (with one connected to a chiller - its pretty hot where I am)
- -IM mighty jet and Skimz QP 1.2
- 2 spinstream nozzle from IM (crazy flow for the nozzle connected to the return pump directly
- Started with eshopps skimmer but recently switched to icecap nano skimmer. It fits snugly into the 2nd chamber. Had to remove the magnetic mount brace though.
- 2 x IM custom caddy
