I thought it was coraline. The spots haven't grown or disappeared. Only more showed up.

It's hard to get a better picture than this. They are literally like white peices of sand on the back of my tank. Thats it.

These appear to be spirobid worms which feed on algaes on glass. They can appear in numbers and easy to scrape off into a net with an old credit card or similar and discard
