Pics a little blurry but not seeing anything. It may be mucus as they have heavy mucus for protection. Need clearer pics but keep an eye on it
Are they breathing normal or labored?

Still blurry but mayby its helps and a video so mayby that helps.
It does not look like mucus its looks like tin foil or something. They seem to breath normal but im not sure how normal breating looks like. Its also only on 1 side of the fish. They both have it in same spot idk if its just part of the fish then im gonne feel really stupid. But just to be sure.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

It looks like part of the gill plate/operculum to me. The white color is just a spot of color on the fish.

Of course, with any new fish you need to monitor that they aren’t breathing fast, that they are swimming normally and are eating well.
