so here’s the story . I’ve been with zero issues for over a year now. I don’t have a QT tank. I wanted this cleaner shrimp at lfs so I got it and threw it in the tank. I forgot it was 120 degrees here so I turned my uv sterilizer off for almost a month now, because it was causing my temps to fluctuate. never thought of running em in the night only so please don’t flame me… in that same month I got the shrimp, and didn’t think about the light . My sterilizer is a 25 watt pentair on a 50 gallon tank and has a strong sicce pump. I’m thinking it’s ich and I’m hoping my sterilizer will kill it.kinda looks like it has a tail or something. The clown fish also has these pale patches of skin to , I think they have been there but not 100% sure . Figured it was from a few evil fishes it battled which I had in past but are no longer here. Fish seems normal , eats normal. My main thing is I worry about adding chemicals to the tank because I have a ton of coral.

Those spots are all too large to be ich, and 2 of the spots are diffuse and one isn’t so they may not even have the same root cause.

Dark clowns show skin mucus really easily due to the color contrast.

I don’t see anything immediately treatable at this point.

See how area looks this time tomorrow. Ich multiples and dont believe ich but possible skin irritation.
Are fish eating and breathing what appears to be normal?
Per Jay's request, video under white light intensity very helpful with assessments

I noticed last night my radion light was on full blast at 4 am. Thinking the tank may have been getting two full cycles a day because the radion app was glitching. because I’m gone for a few days a time it may have been up to 4 days like that. Reset the time and all functions and it’s back on track. Maybe that was a stressor of some sorts too. Today the white bump is gone and all looks normal I think. The clown is eating and acting 100% and all the other fish/coral are perfect so I wasn’t super worried.

Still interested in the faded spots so I’ll try to get a video in the future.
