I was wondering if I could have some input on what waterbox I should get. It is either marine x 110.4 or Infinia 150.4 or the 125.4. I had the marine x before and I really liked it. The only thing I didn’t like was no refugium so I would have to silicone one in.
I’m stuck because I really like the sump in the Infinia but not sure if it’s worth the extra 500 dollars. The manifold can be added for 40 bucks so that’s not an issue it’s mainly the removable baffle and the filter sock. I don’t run filter rollers but it’s nice to have the option. What would you do? I like the 150.4 but that’s 800 dollars for a nicer sump and 5 in depth not sure if it’s worth it. My wife really doesn’t want to be over 3k and I don’t blame her just want to make the right choice.
Had the marine x and currently have 40l. I like it but the viewing angles aren’t the best now that we are in a house again.
Thank you for the help!

Also for the removable filter sock could I silicon acrylic to the side and just cut the filter sock holder out and lay it the acrylic for the marine x sump to act like the other?

I have the marine x 110. I split the skimmer chamber in 2 and run the refugium in the back. Got the divider from octo aquatics. Works great
Thank you that’s actually perfect! When you siliconed it how long did you let it cure? Do you think the marine x with a sump baffle is better than the 150 reef for 800 more? Is the removable filter sock worth it?

Kicking around the same Waterbox options along with RedSea. Had to make a spread sheet to see differences side by side to help guild my decision. Looking at Waterbox over the RedSea due to the Saphire glass and AL stand fram.
As for WB prices I'm getting $800 more for the 150.4 vs 110.4 for +5" width. While the 125.3 is +$1,200 for -6"L,+4"W, +1"H, +6gal, and a separate ATO reservoir. Scratching my head why the 125.3 is $400 more than the 150.4 with it being smaller even with the added ATO. Anyone know why the 1253 cost more?

That’s awesome! I’m leaning towards the marine x for 5 inch less and using the magnetic baffle that’s 100 that living room provided. Also the 125 is 2,699.00 from what I can tell on their website. In between the marine x and the 250. You might be looking at the older one. All the older ones have higher prices I assume because they raised those during COVID and never brought them down since they not selling those really anymore

I’m just worried I won’t like the height of the frag series vs the 21 inch on the other two
