Hi there! Our most popular for seeding aquariums is Ecopods- our 4 species blend. It gives you the most variety of pods with different retrodictive cycles and that like to inhabit different areas of the tank/refugium such as the water column or crevasses in your rock. Typically we recommend 1 jar of pods per 25-30 gallons to really get the population going. Please DM us if you have any other questions or need help with anything else! :)

I've bought Ecopods, and Apocalypse Pods. Both very good (Ecopods is a mix of 4). But I would recommend Apocalypse pods at a minimum since they reproduce quickly.
I also recommend pouring the pods into a small container and "spot putting" them in good places (rocks/macro, etc).
So they stay safe, and away from fish and filtration

Apocalypse Pods do reproduce the fastest out of the bunch laying every 4-6 days! :)
