So, our anemone has had this for a couple of days now (top left... whitish bubble). Other than this bubble, it's healthy. Eating, coloration is good, tentacle extension good, etc. Any thoughts on what it is? Should I even worry?

Sometime anemone inverted their mouth. Sometime this is becasue they are not well, other time they senses food in the water and the tentacles capture the food and passed it to the mouth. This should resolve quickly, if not you need to try to find what is wrong with your tank and try to correct it.

should not be as issue, and as said it should correct soon.

The only parameter slightly out of whack is PO4 which is at .17. Other than that, tank parameters are spot on. I'll keep an eye on it, but hopefully it heals itself.
