Whats going on with my corals?

Okay so iv had this tank for 5 months now. I have few corals 2 duncans, zoas, 1 hammer, 1 frogspawn,1 mushroom, 2 rock anemones (i introduced 2 days ago). And gsp. And 2 candy cane doing ok.

Everything was going fine. Till literally 3-4 days ago. Where i broadcasted reef roids in the water not even direct feeding. Just to raise my phosphate from 0.02 as almost 2 months ago i had nutrient crash. And i didnt want it to hit bottom 0.

And i decided to give red sea (B) supplement a try for alk. As my alk was 6.9 and i raised it within few days to 7.7 as i use tropic marin salt and it mixes to low 7s for alk.

My corals today looks absolutely miserable. I just want to know whats happening to my tank? My frogspawn was lately looking good when lights are on, but now it looks super ticked when the lights are on, i never seen it this small its kinda heart breaking. And the new duncan i got 1 month ago after its been flowly and super stretched its tiny and looks extremely sad.

Calcium:400
Salinity:1025
Phosphate: 0.04 (tested this morning)
Nitrate:10

I use hanna checkers to test, and they seem pretty reliable for calcium, mag, and alk i confirm also with my salifret test kit.

Im just beyond hopeless at this point. I run a carbon reactor, and i change my carbon every week. I dont know what else to do. Im going to attach some pictures of how my corals looks today. Im embaraced that i spent all these money, and i keep failing and failing. The only changes i did was raising my alk, and reef roids for phosphate + i do neophos from time to time to keep phosphate in check.

I use xr15 g5 light running AB+ at 65%. I previously rented a par meter, and i checked on every spot and everything is in range.

Had that frogspawn for over 2 months now and it was doing great. That duncan had it over a month and was super happy until the past few days.

What possibly did i do that i ticked everyone in the tank (beside my green hammer that seems dont care)

Get mag up to around 1350-1400,calk to 450…I also may think with everything you are doing might of stressed the corals

Im going to do a water change maybe like a 5 gallon, and see whats going on. I was so happy with my corals the past few days up till today everything looks miserable.

the key to STABILITY so any drastic changes will upset the corals.

Hanna checkers are great but only if used properly i.e cleaning the vial in-between stages and after the test and aligning the 10ml mark with the front of the checker.

your rocks appear to be covered in algae which will skew your PO4 test results by giving you a lower reading.

my suggestion is to do a 10% water change and see if it makes a difference, nothing happens quickly other than upsetting corals.

do another test tomorrow and monitor the progress and move all else be patient

Ive had no luck with Red Sea A/B and if you can, provide pic under white light of entire tank. It appears in your nutrients bottoming out, I see what looks like dinoflagellates which if so would release low level toxins causing your coral flesh to receed.

Alk is 7.7. Cal is fine at 400.

Dinos, possible cyano, cloudy water....no wonder your corals are stressed.
I'd focus on the dinos/cyano issue first. An alk of 6.9 isn't going to cause any issues. Nor would I worry about mag and calc at this point. Get control of your tank. No big changes. Remember, most corals will look "fine" for a month before they show that there is a problem, which is what you're seeing right now.

What shouls i do for my cyano, and dinos on the sand? Anything i can add or do to help? Beside my water changes? Can i add a strawberry conch?

when in doubt, change the water out.
Water change should always be the first step before panicking.

and maybe think about switching to coral pro salt, it mixes at higher alk, that way you won't have to dose alk.

But isnt coral pro have low mag and calcium?

Which pro are u talking about? I already have the pro tropic marin it mixes low alk 7s

Would dinos and cyano killa strawberry conch if i get one?

I am leaning towards conclusion that you have Dino.
Some here advocates water changes, but if you do some research, that is not a recommended thing to do as it may dilute nutrients and Dinos will spread more.
Vacuum Dinos from sand and rocks to filter sock and reuse water.
There is plenty of guides how to fight Dinos, ( blackouts, UV lights, Hydrogen peroxide, skimming, etc.).
Forget about correcting chemical parameters or changing to different salt now. Your chemistry is fine.

Yep - your issue is dinos. . . But take a breather. This method easier than it looks:
Prepare by blowing this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles. Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15% IF you have light dependant corals) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off. During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as micro bacter 7 or XLM) per 10 gallons. Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX
