I am wondering, what is the first fish you had in your tank? Was it a pair of clowns, or maybe some type of goby. Just curious to know what that first fish was and if you still have it.

Mine was a 3 stripe damsel in 2007. Moved in 2009 and gave the tank away as a whole. It was only 10 gallons. There was another damsel but I can’t recall what. I have neither the fish nor the tank and I took a 8-10 year break from my attempts at keeping Salties

Occelaris clown. One day later got a second since the first kept swimming against its reflection in the glass, which stopped immediately upon introduction of the second. So basically a pair of clowns that are still being graciously hosted by 4 pieces of locline and 2 RFG nozzles.

I sold my first tank ~30 years ago, when I was transferred to Germany.

I started my current system in December and I got this guy in February. He rules a small piece of rock work in the right/front side of my tank.

This is the first one, the female, taking a short trip away from the return nozzle because she thinks I'm going to feed her (I did). Note the tux urchin in the background carrying around an entire colony of zoas.

Almost a year ago I added 2 clownfish - a DaVinci and an Ocellaris. Lost the DaVinci to jumping while cleaning and replaced with a DaVinci Extreme - his name is Deuce. The female Ocellaris is Miss Bi-atch due to her roughhousing with both of the DaVinci’s.

The attached pic is from late June last year.

My first 2 fish ever was a pair of clownfish. One them, Tink, is still with me today right at ~10 years later.

I also have a Yellow Tang, Daisy, who was bought within a few months of that clownfish who is still with me as well.
