Pencil.More than 2 weeks later and I'm still finding new things! Reminds me of a pencil urchin but not a pencilly and it's also hairy. It's very very tiny. Thank you!

It's incredibly tiny, fingertip tiny. Do they ever look different as juveniles?

Yes they do! I love those little guys! You have had a great score with that rock good lock with other things you're finding in the future.
Yeah, that's some kind of pencil urchin - if you can get pics of it under white light that show the test (the shell), a spine, and the base of the spines, I can probably give you a species ID though (pulling it out of the tank in a container of tank water could help get clear, close up pics).More than 2 weeks later and I'm still finding new things!
