Just noticed this morning my beta is lethargic and super fat. Almost looks like it has a tumor. Saw her two days ago swimming normal

Could be dropsy, I would definitely test your water and consider doing a water change. Not a huge one but 10-20% should work. But please test your water, I can give a definite answer if I’m provided with numbers.
