What is this?

Hi Guys, I just started this hobby 3 months back and have a nano 10 gallon saltwater aquarium with some corals and a pair of clown fish. All of a sudden today, I saw something crawling on the rocks which I never saw or introduced in my fish tank. I dont know where it comes from, it has 2 antenna's and just crawls through the tank and hides under rocks. Can you guys tell me what this is? Is it safe to keep this in the tank? should i be worried?

Will they breed heavily? I am already seeing another one, not sure if too many are good for the tank

Most would consider it great luck to have them breeding in your tank as they are good CUC but not available for purchase, generally.
