Ur definitely going to have more. To b honest ur best bet is to start over. It would b a hole lot easier then trying to get rid of them. They feed on crustations crabs, shrimps, snails, clams,....
In my last tank I had these devils. Befor I knew I had them I noticed that my large turbo snails would die over night for no reason. I went through clean up crew like crazy. Till one night at 2am I saw one of these b----s on my clam. I got it out on the clam. But the clam was already a goner. I ended up finding another one a few days later and was able to get that one out as well. I tried for a year to eradicate them. I went a year with out any crustations in the tank. But I still kept finding them when I would fish for them. By fishing for them I mean I would take a piece of shrimp from the market and tie a fishing line to it. With a little piece if live rock. Around 2 or 3 am I would check the shrimp. About 50% of the time there would b a PF on the shrimp. After a year of fighting the flatworm and algae issues from not having a clean up crew. I took the tank down and dryed up every thing and pretty much killed all the coral as well. I didn't want to be a spreader of these devils.

Also flatworm exit will not work on them. They really aren't a flatworm.
One the first polyclad fw I caught I did tests on to see what would kill it. The only thing that worked to kill it was bayer insect killer. I even tryed a whole bottle of flatworm exit in a half gallon of water. It had no effects on the polyclad.

How do these usually get introduced, do they get corals, and is there anything that eats/hunts them anyone know, also how do you "check" for them? I haven't ever had anything similar in my tank but I am paranoid about everything. If someone could direct me to a link/sticky if its out there I would appreciate it.

They are little snotwads that are good at hiding in New corals or rocks. They don't necessarily eat corals nut are vicious invert predators.

Well, that's the first one I've seen so I'm going hunting, wish me luck! That booger must have came on a rock in the egg stage. I am so cautious I feel like the best reefers can't even elude nature.

I couldn't find him last night. I did not bait though. Is shrimp the best bait?

They r super hard to spot on LR. They blend really well. U want to look for moving spots. I found shrimp was the easiest and cheapest bait to buy. I went to the local market and asked for the smallest amount of uncooked shrimp that would ring up. It was about 4 pieces at 30 cents. Any crustation will work for bait tho. But I'd rather spend $0.30 on raw shrimp then $80 on a live clam.

Just make sure when u bait that the room is completely dark and the bait is weighted down. I found a little piece of LR is best, because it will hide in the LR when u pull the bait up. Then just toss the rock. One gone try again. Also keep the bait in the middle of ur sand bed around 5" away from all other rock. It will force the devil to hide on the rock u have attached to the bait.

Thanks for the pointers! Night 2 hunt for the elusive polyclad flatworm. I'm hoping I only have 1 and that its not reproducing.
