What is this blue thing on my live rock??

Got this live rock off another reefer in my community but I have no idea what this is

The reefer I got it from said that the rock came with clove polyps, GSP, blue and pink pulsing Xenia’s and “symposium” I don’t know what symposium is I tried to search it up but nothing came up which was odd.

It looks like a blue sponge harmless. I think they meant sympodium not symposium

Sympodium is a soft coral good for beginners, the blue things are sponges
