What is the most Phosphate (PO4) you’ve needed to dose daily?

How much PO4 have you needed to dose daily to keep appropriate levels in the tank?

My nitrates are relatively stable. I only have to dose about 3ppm once per week.
Thank you, your main consumer of phosphates at the moment will be your rock and substrate, it can take some time until balance is reached.
To be related to bacteria you would need to observe a drastic amount of nitrates.

Why is Sodium Phosphate Dibasic better then Tri Sodium Phosphate?

if they are equally pure, there’s no reason to prefer one over the other, IMO.

An interesting way to think about amounts dosed daily is by comparison to amounts added in foods, which likely is about 0.03 to 0.3 ppm phosphate per day in typical reef aquaria.

Do they say how much N or P is in the product? Or what the N or P actually is?

I’m assuming they use common products for it to be cost effective.
Not specifics, just in general terms….

“Tropic Marin® NP-Bacto-Balance uses a mix of select organic carbon compounds and suitable inorganic nutrients to promote the natural integration of nitrates and phosphates into additional biomass. This lowers the nutrients in the water and simultaneously prevents deficiencies of nitrates or phosphates. Both the colour and growth in corals, sponges and other filter feeders are visibly improved.”

How is the PNS Probio? Snake oil or you can definitely see beneficial things happening? Does it drop nutes?
I can definitely see a difference in my tank. Sand has NEVER been white in my tank, which is about 2.5yo, always had what looks like cyano in it, a reddish tint. Now, after a couple of months of Probio, all clean and white.

Reduces nutrients as well. Never been one to use chemicals in my tank and this seemed to be an organic way of reducing nutrients.

I now dose 25ml of it every other day in my 75g total tank. Took a while to find that good balance point of Probio and NP-Bacto-Balance.

Was using NoPox, MB7 and PhosRX before to control my nutrients. And while this worked ok, I was constantly having to test as my nutrients would bottom out occasionally. Didn’t want a repeat of Dino’s….been there, done that ! Now using Probio and NP-Bacto, I test only once a week which has been a godsend not having to test so much ! And my nutrients have never been this stable….N03 around 2ish and P04 around 0.05ish.
