WHAT IS THE BEST LIGHT SPECTRUM FOR BUBBLETIPW WITH AI32HD LIGHTS?

I bought a rock with ten BTs on it. i set it up in a 70gal cube. The BTs are about 22 to 26 inches below the surfase. i set them up (temporarily) under a 5000k 150(effective) watt LED, for about 10hr/d. I do not have a PAR meter. I am now ready to switch to AI32HD lighting. I would appreciate any advice about anemone care, not just limited to lighting. Thanks in advance.
