CO3 in this context is the equivalent to the unstable and highly oxidizing O3 (ozone) and not the stable carbonate compound.@Randy Holmes-Farley .
This will probably get a better answer in the chemistry forum.
This looks like it may be a typo?
Are you asking about Ozone o3
Or are you actually asking about c03 a carbonate ion?
From What I can make out is that co3 is a carbonate compound, I think this would be totally separate from the use of ozone. If you meant ozone which is o3 then you want to measure o.r.p. ( Oxidation reduction potential)
What I want to know you often have ozone generator for your aquarium, do you know how long the ozone machine need to work each time? this is related to 2 questions, one is concentration of ozone, CO3, the other is contact time.@Randy Holmes-Farley .

Well, your question was about CO3, not O3 (ozone). You all get me wrong. What I want to say that you often have ozone generator for your aquarium, do you know how much ozone per hour is need, contact time? as in the market, nearly all ozone machine facotry exaggerate the ozone production, like 3g/hr, acctually it has 30%, 1g/hr. if you do not know it, how can you make sure the ozone disinfect for your aquarium?
CO3 is concentration of ozone, and you can say that it is one questionWell, your question was about CO3, not O3 (ozone).
CO3 may stand for a number of things, concentration of ozone is none of them.CO3 is concentration of ozone, and you can say that it is one question
Yes, That is what I want to say, but few users know how to choose ozone machine and have it work for their aquairium.*I think there might be a little language gap.
I believe they’re asking how to calculate size, settings, and daily run time for an ozone generator.
