What is better? Seachem PhosGuard, PhosNet, or PhosBond? Why? All of the labels make it seem like they all serve the same purpose?

I've wanted to know that question for quite some time! I do know one or the other has more absorption capacity then the others so in my mind, why bother with the others and not just go with whichever has the best/most capacity? Seems like a no brainer to me but maybe I'm missing something somewhere.
