My tank is coming up to 5 weeks since it has finished it's cycle.
The only coral I have is a GSP. It's been in there for over a week now and doesn't look too great. The place I bought it from suggested that my lighting could be the problem so I've rented a PAR meter from my LFS.

I've got some readings here and could use help choosing the right settings.
The percentage is across the board, i.e 60% = 60% Royal Blue, 60% Blue and 60% Cool White.

I'm going to keep the PAR unit for the rest of the week, so if more info is needed I can get it.
At the moment I have the lights running at 60%

If you have the ability, cut the intensity down to 45% & gradually increase it to 70% over a span of around 10-14 days. That & cut any white light down to 5-10% max. Rinse & repeat every time you add a coral, it gives them a nice smooth adjustment period. That's what worked for me. And IMO I would not run any higher than 70/75% with your readings, that looks like that would be the sweet spot for a mixed reef to me.

Really can't stress the white light being at 5-10% enough, with the intensity your lights have you'll grow diatoms so heavy the tank will turn extremely dark & in my experience corals do not like the white light either. The dark blue will grow on you & you'll see results within the week. My GSP was shriveled for almost 2 months until I turned the white down & the blue up, now it's thriving!

Thanks for the reply, I'll try taking the cool white down to 10% tomorrow and see how things go.
