If u cab find the rock he hides in. Pull the rock and fw bath it to remove the crab.
U can look at night time with a red light or black uv/blue actinic light. U might catch his red eyes. Glad i could help.
D
Thank you for the tips... quick check fw bath won't effect the corals or mushrooms on it?

Nano is the name of the poster i was talking to. Lol
The bath wont effect your corals. U r just swishing the rock in the fw for a small amount of time. Not soaking.
The crab should jump ship. Lol. I had to poke mine a bit when i found his hole.

Is sally lightfoot a reef safe crab?
I'm not sure about reef, but I had one one time in a mushroom softie tank with no issues, other than she got so big small fish would swim by and she would raise her legs and claws up, like she was going to catch it. If I didn't keep her feed good she would do that so I'd say it was good but caution with small fish and large Sally. They are so fast!
