Hi, sorry if posting this in the wrong section. But I received this frag as a free gift when buying several other corals. Had no idea it was coming. Does anyone have any clue what it could be? Just keeping it in the sand bed away from everything else while I try to figure it out.

Yeah, it's probably Pavona maldivensis.


The Leptoseris in the hobby do not have circular, plocoid corallites.
Ahh yes agreed. very similar looking at a quick glance.
