Blastomussa Vivida are a focus for me this year I am In love with them. I also will be snagging a bisma worm rock In the coming months I just can’t believe how the prices on them have gone through the roof over the past couple years.

We all have that one coral that has lately caught their eye, whether as a future planned acquisition or a photo that made you look twice and wonder how you can incorporate that coral into your ecosystem.

For me, I want to attempt a classic easy acro once my mixed reef starts taking off - Garf Bonsai or Oregon Tort. What's yours? Feel free to include a pic if you'd like and share why.
Only recently just added an acropora and millepora to my tank. Hope I can get them to color up and grow. If so, I'm looking forward to adding more. Other than that, I wouldn't mind more Euphyllia/Fimbriaphyllia.

I just added this beauty from @RiptideAquaculture!
I've been drooling over elegance for as long as I can remember. Finally pulled the trigger, and introduced my first one!
Looking mighty happy

Thus last year I found and added 3 of my must haves that I had my eye on the looking out.
ORA Red Goniipora,Oregon blue tort, and ORA Red planet. Added all 3 in December, the 2 acros already have nice encrusting new growth and the Red goniopora extends nicely and I swear already grew new polyps.

As for new additions I'm a sucker for euphyllia. I've always had frogspawn and Hammer but never owned a torch before. Just pulled the trigger on 2 torches from cherrycorals, a Joker and some Unnamed indo torch. I have my eyes peeled for a nice multicolorfrog of rainbow Hammer next.

The new additions coming next week.

Yes I am a bit addicted to AquaSD... I do to because it is going to hurt if it does not haha
Honestly, they are one of my favorite retailers. They seem to have discounts much more frequently than most sites and often list frags that would be twice the price at other stores. In particular they always seem to have amazing favia for great prices.

I’m looking for a few new pieces for my LPS & softy tank:
• Gonioporo - Red/Purple/Green island setup
• Some form of gold torch & joker torch
I really like the look of joker torches. That purple and green together is nice. I think I saw one at LuckyCorals?

Cherry corals is right by me. They are top notch. Great service and quality.

It looks like Oregon Tort has gone up in price. I suppose it's one of the few true BLUE Og acros.

A lepto probably yellow.
A monti cap
Some shrooms
And some easy sps
These my future corals and whatever catches my eye.
Definately not a torch as had 3.
One lasted about 3 months.
One lasted 2 weeks
One lasted 1 day
So something eating/ nipping/ killing them or my tank doesn't suit them idk.
Maybe will try hammer or frogspawn but be after the 4 types above^_^

Torches are just too moody and expensive for me right now. I feel like they are fine when healthy but when they aren't doing well it goes bad quickly.
Love me some leptos...Tidal Gardens sells the "24k" variety which is pretty.

Yeah just re-watched one of them in a video on a thread just on leptos..I won't be able to buy from tidal gardens as I'm other side of the pond in sunny England ^_^

But yeah torches not been good for me I only got the cheap ones at £ 45 for one head ,a green, purple and a 3 tone colour one

But I've got these little black bugs that come in on another lobo,a big cleaner shrimp that personally seen murder a conch snail which was busy cleaning sand and just attacked it then between nassarious snails and cleaner shrimp killed and ate it and had a conch death whilst on holiday last month and my tank sitter feeding just once a day just incase had any problems so could got hungry and killed first conch but don't know .
And cleaner shrimp always used to grab food from torches mouth and got coral beauty and cbb but never seen them nip anything so idk

Ah, gotcha. Well, at least you have Frag Farm etc. Plus who would want to pay that shipping
