What am I dealing with?

Started to have some algae issues and when I came back from 6 day vacation it has progressed. Did not have anyone feeding tank while I was gone and recent ICP test has:
po4 .08
No3 8.42
Some indirect light might have been coming in through blinds of a nearby window.

Green organism could be cyanobacteria. The brown strings diatoms or dinoflagellates.

Like you said if it has light from a window algae will grow fast

I've been keeping the blinds closed but there are three windows that might be providing too much indirect light.
