What is this red branching thing? It started growing out of live rock from the gulf. Macroalgae? Also if anyone knows the name of the green algae right next to it that’s be cool too! Thank you!

That's definitely a red macroalgae of some kind; the green algae is likely from the taxonomic family Cladophoraceae (which includes things like Cladophora, Lychaete, and Chaetomorpha species), but I'm not sure specifically beyond that.
