What’s the best way to clean algae off glass

What’s an easy way to get this semi caked on algae off the glass? I’ve been slacking on taking the magnet to the tank. Any suggestions to get this cleaned and looking better. Obviously don’t want to scratch the tank

Single edge razors for really tough build up and hard to get to places like the back glass. A quality magnet scrapper. I really like the float plus line from Algae Free. Others I have tried don’t cut it

Yep for hard to remove algae a razor blade is the way to go. I have a cheap razor blade holder on a stick that I got from Amazon that I use. For frequent cleaning a magnetic scrapper. I like the Tunze ones personally.

I just use a long holder that can hold a single razor blade, or just the razor blade by itself.

I’ll have to use the blade attachment for my magnet
