That's a Janiroidean (likely Janirid) isopod - they're known in the hobby as "Munnid" isopods (but that seems to be incorrect).
Anyway, they're harmless/beneficial.

I have been trying to find aquatic isopods to buy.......Some people are lucky enough to get them as hitchhikers......lol
That's how most people in the hobby get them at the moment.
If you find someone who has them, you can see if they'd be willing to sell you some, but otherwise there's a pretty limited supply of them - you can get a coldwater species here in the US from Gulf of Maine; Rusalty and a place in Australia that claims to ship globally used to carry tropical isopods, but they're out of stock now.
