From the start of last week my clownfish have been moving all of the sand from the area under the cave. I’m not sure if this is a breeding behaviour or something else. If it is a breeding behaviour how long can expect babies so that I can be prepared.

Definitely breeding behavior. Hard to say if or when they'll actually do the deed though. Just keep your eyes peeled for a clutch of eggs on the bottom or the back glass. GL.
