I’m just removed my filter socks to clean and I noticed the water level where the socks go is kind of high. Is this too high or is it fine?
New to the waterbox aio. Wondering if anyone can help.

How high up is your pump area? It looks a little high. Normally its fine so long as the water can fall down, but you still want a little wiggle room of the pump compartment.

The pump is on the bottom and water level is only about half way up. Its the 3rd compartment in the middle of the tank which has a much lower level of water than where the filter socks are.

You dont want the pump layer to be all the way up, but so long as it covers the pump and then some then thats what you want. I have experience with the Waterbox 20 AIO, and I kept it around half or a little higher.
